It is not a one-off corporate talk.
Because talks don’t change behaviour, systems do.
I work with organisations to move beyond surface-level mental health efforts. Instead of only managing stress and anxiety, we build emotional regulation as a practical skill, so pressure could turn into clarity, motivation, and better performance.
This approach is grounded in my counselling experiences work with people at every level of an organisation, from interns to CEOs. That means we address what’s really happening on the ground, not what looks good on a slide.
The result is a workplace culture people trust. Because they feel regulated, understood, and supported to do their best work.
I am an HRDC-accredited trainer who has worked with organisations of many different sizes, from hosting small team discussions of 10 people to large-scale trainings involving more than 700 participants.
Over the years, I have learned that people do not change through information alone. Real change happens through experience. That is why my work is hands-on and experiential, using real-life cases, practical exercises, and everyday examples that people can relate to and apply.
Participants often share that the sessions feel eye-opening, practical, and rich in content. Many say they are able to bring what they learn back to work and practise it in their daily interactions, not just understand it intellectually.

My approach to workplace wellbeing is fully comprehensive. I begin by understanding the organisation through data collection and insights, then design tailored strategies and training programs. I work alongside teams to implement the change and measure the impact, ensuring the work translates into real, lasting shifts in behaviour and culture.
My promise to organisations goes beyond awareness. We tackle the stigma around mental health and empower people to see that what often feels like a constraint can be transformed into motivation, focus, and stronger performance. The result is a workplace where employees feel supported, capable, and inspired to contribute at their best.

In 2024, our mental health programme was honoured with the Gamuda Inspiration Award for our work advocating mental health in the community. We were also awarded a grant to create an online counselling platform designed to make mental health support affordable and accessible for workplace professionals.
Today, this platform, Bambi brings together more than 40 professional counsellors ready to support the community. It also offers free online training, blogs, and eBooks to provide practical resources that help working professionals navigate the mental health challenges they face at work.
